General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

(1) These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) apply to all contracts between Your Company Name (hereinafter “Provider”) and the customer (hereinafter “User”) regarding digital products (images).
(2) Deviating conditions of the User will not be recognized unless the Provider explicitly agrees to their validity.

(1) The subject matter of the contract is the sale of digital images for personal and/or commercial use.
(2) Product descriptions in the online shop do not constitute binding offers.

•Use for business and commercial purposes

•Integration into own products and services

•Editing and modification allowed

•No sublicensing or resale of original files

(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
(2) The contract is formed upon acceptance of the order by the Provider.

(1) All prices are in Euro and include statutory VAT.
(2) Payment is made via Your payment methods.

(1) Delivery is made by providing a download or sending a download link.
(2) Delivery occurs immediately after receipt of payment.

(1) For digital goods, the right of withdrawal expires once the download has begun.
(2) The User explicitly agrees that the download can begin and that the right of withdrawal expires accordingly.

(1) Statutory warranty rights apply.
(2) The Provider does not guarantee that the images are suitable for the User’s intended purpose.

(1) The Provider has unlimited liability for intent and gross negligence.
(2) Liability for slight negligence is excluded.

(1) German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
(2) Place of jurisdiction is Your jurisdiction, as far as legally permissible.
(3) Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
